Spicy pork in pineapple-honey sauce

|Olive oil||3 tablespoon|
|Orange juice||3 tablespoon|
|Chilli, finely chopped without seeds||2 pcs.|
|Pork on bone||6 pcs.|
|Apple vinegar||2 tablespoon|
|Mustard seeds||1 tablespoon|
|Canned pineapple||200 g|
|Red bell pepper sliced||70 g|
Prepare the marinade: mix the seasoning with butter, orange juice, apple cider vinegar, chilli, mustard and honey. Leave 4 tablespoons marinade for the sauce.
In the dishes with the remainder of the marinade, put pieces of pork, mix, cover with food wrap and leave for 15 minutes.
Rinse the fried meat on medium heat for less than 5-7 minutes on each side (or longer, depending on the desired degree of availability).
Finished meat pour the remains of marinade and serve with pineapple sauce.
For sauce: mix pineapple, sweet pepper, 2 tablespoons marinade.
