Mix the spices from the bottom of the package with 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil and mix thoroughly. Then rub the ribs with the resulting mixture (you can leave the meat for marinating for 30 minutes).
Remove the baking bag from the top of the packaging. Expand the package and save the clip for later use. Gently fold the previously pre-marinated ribs in a bag for baking. Firmly secure the clip on the bag.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Lay the bag on the baking tray. Pierce the three holes in the top of the bag. Bake ribs on the middle level of the oven for 40-50 minutes. If you want to get a crispy crust, cut the package 10-15 minutes before the end of cooking!
Take the baking tray with the package from the oven, gently open the bag and shift the ribs to the plate. Attention: when opening the package, be careful not to burn yourself with the hot steam accumulated in it during cooking.
