Prepare meat for marinating.
Mix spices from the bottom section of the pack with 1 tablespoon of flour or starch, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the resulting mixture and mix thoroughly.
Rub the ribs with the resulting mixture and leave them for 30 minutes.
Take the roasting bag out of the top section of the pack. Expand the bag and save the clip to be used later.
Put the marinated in the seasoning ribs carefully in the roasting bag. Secure the clip firmly on the bag.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Lay the bag on the baking tray and puncture 3 holes in the upper part of the bag.
Roast ribs on the middle level of temperature in the oven for 40-50 minutes. To get ribs with a golden brown crust, cut the bag 10-15 minutes before the end of cooking.
Take the baking tray out with the bag out from the oven, gently open it and transfer the ribs on the plate.
