"Macaroni & Cheese" with Italian Herbs and Cheddar

1. In a saucepan bring to a boil 400-500 ml of water.
2. Pour the contents of the package into boiling water, mix thoroughly and allow to boil.
3. Reduce fire to average. Cook for 10-12 minutes without covering the lid and stirring 2-3 times during the cooking.
In 10-12 minutes pasta is prepared to the level al dente (not boiled pasta that retains elasticity). If you prefer more cooked soft fondant (fondant), keep them on the fire for another 1-2 minutes. No need to drain water, rinse macaroni, and add ingredients separately.
