Soup with vegetables
Prepare ingredients for vegetable soup.
Potatoes, zucchini and tomatoes - cut into large cubes.
In the frying pan, melt the butter, add the tomatoes to it, mix and put it under the lid for 10 minutes over a small fire.
Bring to a boil 2.5 liters of water. Throw in the potatoes and zucchini. Boil for 7-10 minutes.
Add green peas, cauliflower inflorescence, asparagus and a mixture of vegetables "Greens and vegetables for soup" in a saucepan, boil for another 5 minutes.
Add the stewed tomato, bring to a boil and cook for 1-2 minutes, salt to taste.
In a bowl, the soup can be sprinkled with freshly ground pepper.
